Thanks to Tesla which brings the electric cars, which can be seen almost everywhere, to the world and reduces the utilization of fossil fuels. Electric cars satisfy the car lovers, but how about the bike lovers?
During the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas,《The Icons》 interviewed the CEO of Verge, Tuomo Lehtimäki. Understanding how their product: Verge TS Electric Superbike, gives the bike lovers an environmental-friendly way to ride motorcycles.
Electric Superbike is in the house!
“We unveil our latest Electric Superbike called Verge TS, which sports a 201 horsepower engine and is able to accelerate from 0 all the way to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds.”
Tuomo Lehtimäki from Estonia showed the yellow Verge TS in the CES exhibition, he mentioned that nowadays there are still plenty of people who love motorcycles, but as the arouse of environment conservation, some of them consider motorcycles are too harmful to the earth, which makes them give up on loving motorcycles.
“My previous works are all related to bikes because I love them so much, but I also love earth. Now I have Verge TS to help me fulfill both wishes. The Verge TS is an electric motorcycle which reduces the consumption of fossil fuels, which means less carbon emissions, and it is quieter than the normal bikes. It is beautiful, quiet, and environmentally friendly.”
Verge TS reaches the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) goal 12th: Responsible Consumption and Production; and goal 13th: Climate Actions. It reduces the greenhouse gas, and the dependence of fossil fuels.
